An Evening with Brothers Quay
Very insightful lecture tonight. The identical twin brothers shared their early films, influences and commercials. They leave room for luck to happen in their work. On more than one occassion happy accidents galvanized their final film. What drives them is curiosity. You can see it every work. A drawer being pulled. Looking through windows and opening doors. The deer antler plays a role in their work too. Yeah you had to be there.

Haha..aww. That's pretty sad Alina. Cool that you made it Cholki! Nice sketches too. They were kind enough to stop by and give us a smaller lecture here at work. It was very inspiring.
DANG!!! You guys got to see some of my faves?! Ahhhhhhrrrrg. I love living in what's been called "The Third Coast" but clearly there are disadvantages.
I am sssssssoooooo jealous.
